How the App Works

Complete Local Processing

All photo metadata removal and processing happens entirely on your device. When you:

Select photos to clean
Remove metadata using Lossless or Paranoid mode
Batch process multiple images
View before/after comparisons

Everything occurs locally. Your photos never leave your device. We have no servers that receive, process, or store your images.

Permissions We Request

None. We don't request camera, location, contacts, microphone, or any other permissions.

Data Storage

On Your Device

App Settings: Basic preferences (theme choice, default cleaning mode) stored locally on your device
App Cache: Temporary files during processing, automatically cleared when processing completes
Cleaned Photos: Saved to your device's photo gallery or chosen location

On Our Servers

Nothing. We operate no servers that store user data, photos, or personal information.

Third-Party Services

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use minimal third-party services to improve app stability:

Google Play Services

Purpose: App distribution and updates through Google Play Store
Data Collected by Google: Basic app performance metrics (crash reports, app version, Android version)

Firebase Crashlytics (Optional - only if you opt in)

Purpose: Detect and fix app crashes to improve stability
